When picked this up from the local school the head maintenance guy told us this kettle just had a brand new draw valve installed and the school had the kettle chemically treated with a rust inhibitor in the last 6 months and also had a new wrap gasket installed and new pop off. ***
ALITTLE BIT ABOUT US IS WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO RECIEVE A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MIXERS, OVENS, SLICERS, SKILLETS, ETC… FROM ABOUT 24 OF THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARDS IN FLORIDA SOME IN GEORGIA AND A FEW IN ALABAMA. AND AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW US TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP PASSING THIS HIGH END EQUIPMENT ON TO EBAY CUSTOMERS. AND NO! WE ARE NOT EQUIPMENT DEALERS. WE ARE JUST A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. THE EQUIPENT WE RECIEVE HAS ONLY BEEN USED FOR MINUTES A DAY NOT 10-12 HOURS A DAY, AS A NORMAL RESTRAUNT WOULD USE. AND NOT USED ON SAT. OR SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, OR SPRINGBREAK AND CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR. MOST OF OUR EQUIPMENT MAY HAVE SOME YEARS ON THEM, THEY HAVE LITTLE USE AND NO ABUSE! AND OF COURSE VERY, VERY WELL MAINTAINED.
I have primarily wholesaled Bakery and Restaurant equipment to local used equipment dealers for about 20 years plus. I am retired from the Government with 25 years of which was equipment repairs and purchasing of GSA equipment. Enough about me! Up for Auction is a Cleveland 40 Gallon Model: KGL-40-T ( Tilting ) Kettle, 2″ Draw Valve,
120 Volt,
L.P. GAS.
Coming with this kettle are, 2 Stirrers, Gas Hose and Stainless Steel Strainer and a basket support system. We were told by one of our local dealers the basket support system costs about $4000.00 and comes with strainers for each basket.
