Due to the fact that silver is a very volatile market this coin is not returnable or exchangeable.
This coin is guaranteed of grade by PCGS and PCGS holds all warranty as to grading and quality and condition of coin. If you feel your coin has been mis-graded they would need to send coin to PCGS for what is called an appearance review.
